May 2: Cinco de Mayo – Food & fun
May 8-10: Mother’s Day – Craft for kids
May 21-25: Memorial Day Weekend – Pool opens! Wagon rides, games, snacks & more
June 6: Camper Appreciation Picnic – Pancake breakfast provided, please bring a side dish to share
June 19-21: Father’s Day Weekend – Celebrate Dad with crafts and snacks
June 20-21: Summer Solstice Celebration – Join us in celebrating the longest day of the year!
July 2-6: Independence Day Weekend – Campground parade, games, wagon rides and more! Area fireworks, festivals & parades all weekend long
July 25: Christmas in July – Santa visits KLCG! Campsite decorating, crafts, wagon rides, swim with Santa
August 1: 20th Annual Organ Donation Celebration Weekend – Silent auction & picnic to honor organ & tissue donors and their families. Free weekend camping for living organ donors and families of deceased organ donors; half-price camping for organ transplant recipients. All weekend proceeds benefit the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin
August 29: Football Opening Day – Sport your favorite team colors and join for snacks and games to kick off football season
September 3-7: Labor Day Weekend – Wagon rides, games, snacks, bonfire & more!
Tuesday, September 8: Pool closes for the season
September 19: Soup Cook-Off / Harvest Fest – Make a crockpot of favorite soup/chili to share. Awards (and bragging rights) for the best soup. Crafts for the kids.
September 26: Full moon paddle – Paddle out on Kilby Lake to watch the Corn Moon rise and welcome in fall
October 2-4: Halloween Weekend – Pumpkin decorating, costume and site decorating contests, wagon rides and more!
October 15: Campground closes
